Q: What is your Shipping Policy?

Diesel Tech uses FedEx, UPS, and USPS for non freight items. We only ship to the 50 United States and Canada. IF you are a purchaser from a location not listed you will be issued a credit and your order will be canceled. Most items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order, some exclusions may apply for certain items. All items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. Purchaser will be notified if there is a special shipping circumstance such as extended shipping or handling time. Extended shipping and handling times may be caused by items on backorder, out of stock, or courier delays.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns, RMA must be displayed clearly on the outer box. DO NOT WRITE RMA ON ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX!

  • All items being returned must be returned with all parts and original packaging packaged in a new box with RMA on the outer new box.
  • Products returned without a RMA number displayed clearly on the outer box will not be accepted.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Products that have been used, installed or show signs of attempted installation will not be accepted.
  • All items included in original package must be included with return such as manuals, hardware, cables, etc.
  • All returned products and packaging must be resealable and resellable, determined by Diesel Tech.
  • Diesel Tech will inspect all returned items and decide if credit is due to purchaser. Following inspection there may be a restocking fee.
  • The purchaser is required to cover all shipping costs and original shipping charges will not be refunded. If product was shipped with no charge to the purchaser the original shipping costs incurred by Diesel Tech will be deducted for credit.

Credit will not be issued for return due to but not limited to the following:

  • Product is used or installed
  • Electrical product seal is missing or broken
  • Product has damage due to use or attempted installation
  • Product is received by Diesel Tech without original packaging or items are missing.

Q: Do you off Free Shipping?

Diesel Tech offers free shipping on orders over $100 going to the lower 48 United States, excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Alaska. Some items may not qualify such as certain lift kits and other products that would be shipped via freight truck .
